MedSpa Careers Institute, since 1978, has been providing quality education and serving students from all surrounding areas. Students gain practical experience through clinical/externships in the facilities of local health organizations.

Transparency

MedSpa Careers Institute communicates all costs and requirements to the students during the enrollment process. All departments work seamlessly in support of the student to ensure that the educational experience is complete.

Accountability

Enrollment certification outlines the commitment of MedSpa Careers Institute to the student by outlining historical results with respect to completion and placement statistics. Additionally, safety statistics are readily available.

Commitment

MedSpa Careers Institute utilizes industry experienced instructors to enhance the student experience and strengthen their marketability upon graduation. Annual Staff and Faculty professional development and routine faculty training in-service sessions are conducted to keep the in-class experience strong. MedSpa Careers Institute welcomes its graduates to come back to audit previous courses taken to strengthen skills at no additional cost.

Students are able to attend courses day or evening. Adult students are typically working adults that find this flexibility essential to advancing their education and skills and enhancing their career potential.

Planning

The curriculum at MedSpa Careers Institute focuses on language, communication, administrative and clinical skills, and interaction with clients and co-workers. The core of any healthcare profession is the language of medicine. Clinical and administrative skills are practiced in the classroom to ensure that appropriate methods are utilized. The curriculum as well as instructor models teach students how to interact appropriately and effectively with patients

Sharing

MedSpa Careers Institute operates in Richmond and Newport News campuses. Students can attend either campus and receive the same program delivery. The Institute welcomes diversity in its students and instructors, promotes community involvement through student participation with community partner public activities.
